It is basically equipped with an ALARM SYSTEM which activates in case of any Emergency whenever the temperature and pressure increase / decrease out of their defined limits. The alarm activates automatically to make aware of any occurrence of emergency.

Basically, environmental and safety concerns in this plant arises due to the fire hazard, emission of fine carbon particles, odour nuisance. Recently in some of the pyrolysis plants, explosions have been reported and the main reason is due to opening of the reactors in hot condition after the completion of the pyrolysis process.
